Played a festival with them once. What an absolute bunch of idiots, with no
sense of humour whatsoever, which obviously made them fair game.

Thank you, I will check all of them out.  I know that some will disagree
with me, but that being admitted, I think that the death of Bill Hicks
exacerbated the la la land Miley Cyrus vacuum we are living in now in the
US.  
 
I mean, can you remember the first time you saw certain acts or heard them?
They are a select few.  Only the really genuine ones make that kind of
impact.  And oh yeah, I know someone would remember Striper if they woke up
to them after a hangover, but that ain't what I'm saying, natch.
