I for one think the Bush Admin should be held accountable. I mentioned this on the list a while back.
Maybe some people think it would be too divisive, currently?
It stinks of absolution, again. Always 'sorry' after the fact.

Does anyone think that the US can turn this around? Or is it a decline in the pre-eminence of the US? Obama just happens to be the first guy in after the last great destroyer, Bush. But I was pissed off that he doesn’t seem interested in pursuing legal action against the Bush administration for war crimes, that rhetoric about looking forward instead is pretty weak. How can he say he feels accountable for what he does if he lets Bush waltz away after what he’s done?
