I've just listened to Duende (and the Peel Sessions) on a car journey to and from Gloucester ... absolutely glorious stuff ... whilst remembering Raven a year on from his tragic passing away, his untimely death has been a catalyst for such a tremendous event to occur ... just how great is it to hear the original line-up storming through songs old & new ... thinking back a couple of years, it's such a shame that Cooking Vinyl re-released Pandemonium and Democracy ... after hearing the later stuff on Duende, it would have been better to have them re-recorded with Ferguson on drums ... not so much Democracy which has more of a cohesive feel, but with parts of Pandemomium being recorded all over the planet, it always had a "bits & pieces" feel ... anyway, sorry, now listening to the Steve Jones radio show MP3 ... part 2 just finished ... the boys on classic form ... :o) * http://home.clara.net/antoni/ *

I'm listening to the absolutely blinding version of Butcher right now, and the rest of it is top stuff too.
