Yeah, I've heard Plainsong on the Festival 2005 DVD. Interesting - not
as good - but interesting.
Can't imagine how Prayers for Rain would sound though...

I must say the keyboardparts were very well "solved", I mean: the guitar
that took over the keys: I didn't mind at all and rather liked it...
Although: I DO admit it's kinda strange to hear some of the
"DISINTEGRATION" sfuff (certainly "Plainsong) and "The Walk" without
keyboards...

Yeah, it's a real bummer about the no keyboards thing. Some
songs need it - quite like how they handle Plainsong, but it's not as
good as the sweeping strings/keys.
I know the long term keyboardist left (or more likely was
pushed) but Porl can play keys - he used to back when Lol was in the
band - so I don't see why he can't play them on some tracks.
Still, I'm hoping it won't spoil things too much when I see
them.

I agree with Ade!
I have gotten some boots from this tour and they sound great!
The thing that bums me out is there are no keyboards? Example of songs..
Plainsong, Prayers for rain, and countless others.
But sound real raw!
For the Cure fans who do not know always check out the site...

The dude who runs it just started doing a blog which is set up
better.
We can't wait to see them in May at The Hollywood Bowl. A Great
venue to see them at!:)
