[kj] Sex Pistols singer faces race attack claims

Yeah, people with 'black attitudes' need to, erm, like, cheer up or something. Oh, hang on, being
endlessly negative is now under the umbrella term 'racism' now is it? Need to find out more about
that comment.
 
PiL's keyboard player during that period was off-white too. 
 
I used to work at a company wherein a manager was described as being "about as much use
as a chocolate fireguard" on an internal forum. The manager was black. Yep, he fucked them over!
I challenged the prick about it (all these years & you've never heard that phrase?), but you know,
the £ signs were all he could see. Worst part is that that is only one instance of a quite a few I saw
while I was there. There was some nasty racist stuff coming out of non-white mouths & no one
seemed to be able to do anything about it other than pay people off. Too scared, fancy getting that
form of shit stuck to your company image.
 
Oh, of course it doesn't go on ;)

Sounds about right. PiL had a black bassist during the McGeoch era, IIRC.
