Do you sit down much? Sitting puts more stress on the lower back than
standing or lying (or hanging upside for that matter), so it's important
if you have a sedentary job and or sit down a lot in front of the telly,
fire or PC, to make sure you have a good chair (lumbar support), adjusted
to the right height etc (roughly 90 degree angle at the knee), sit with
good posture, take regular breaks, stay hydrated, and stretch the hip
flexors in particular...
