[kj] Killing Joke and the U.S.

Killing Joke here are a thousand times more well known than NMA. I  
think the reason KJ have trouble here is that they've burned so many  
bridges and simply don't play nice with others. They also have very  
high standards that their own budget probably doesn't allow for.
