[kj] KJ 2008 dates-ish

Dont know, but I'm expert on the one in Cologne. The penguins were my
favourite.
Some great destination there and most reachable by cheap airlines.
What no Manchester !!!

I'd love to do New York but I'll never get that pass the missus.
