Well the reaction I get from almost everyone in the UK is "Killing who?" so it's hardly surprising.

I'm guessing at this point in time they're not even known anymore in the U.S.
Is it the U.S. doesn't like Killing Joke, or that the U.S. doesn't even know Killing Joke
at this point? I've seen virtually nothing (read: zero**) for promotion and advertising since
around "Democracy", either whenever a cd's released or when they tour (i live in Los
Angeles).
As for radio play, i've only rarely heard them
on satellite radio and then only 1 song: 'Seeing Red,'
and once heard 'The Death And Resurrection Show.'
Maybe no one wants to take a chance anymore and try to resell the band anew to the
U.S., and just plan only on reselling them where they're already known? I.d.k., but if even
i can burn a pop-friendly / newbie-friendly KJ cd and have people ask me for a copy, then
I'm sure it is possible to promote them here (u.s.).
**1 or 2 sightings of promos are
only exceptions that go to
prove the point.

Oliver , its nothing to do with Jaz hating the U.S.A , its the other way around. Killing Joke didn't get enough punters through the door last time to justify going there . Its more of a case of the U.S not liking KJ, than the other way around
