Well, if you wanna see MY tailpiece, just search the web. Google 'Ades Ass'.

 

If you're on about the es295, well, the original trapezoid tailpiece gives
you the ability to bend the strings disproportionately, which ain't gonna
happen with a Bigsby. So, you can bend the top strings down, whilst not
bothering the bottom strings too much. So, you're not divebombing,
basically.
