It was a joke…guy goes to counselling to deal with his superiority
complex…decides the whole profession can’t help him because they’re inferior
in every way ;)

It’s probably me Mil, I’ve been telling jokes no one understands lately.
Maybe I deserve that superiority complex ;)

Hey can anyone suggest anything to help with getting to sleep? I’ve made
some great progress with my health in the last year, but sleep is the main
area I’m still struggling with…everything else is coming up roses since I’ve
sorted out the diet, exercise, sleep to some extent, and started seeing a
naturopath (why do I feel like a wanker name dropper even saying that?!)

bloody hell,you arrogent sod you brend ;D))))) must admit you have a bit of
a chip on yu shoulder and an ego as big as
the gerkin tower which is very high,as far as buildings go ;)!!

ps i had trouble sleeping last eve,after reading this--sleep paralysis
thread,but i guess it was really down to recieveing 2 phone calls from
friends in japan wishing me-"-happy chineese new year :D" and another phone
conforsation i had with a guy,intense conforsation,but insightful non the
less ;) !!
