Once again Oliver , you seem to be twisting facts to make it fit in what what you would like to believe and you try to downgrade the  attempted murder of ONE kid by a gang of SIX others as a just a "schoolyard fight" . Oliver, this isnt a playground fight , this is attempted murder and if it wasnt attempted murder, then they will get a not guilty verdict in Court . It ISNT illegal to hang a rope from a tree , but it IS illegal to attempt to murder someone , whether these kids who hung the rope from the tree deserve to be put in detention by there school is a different matter , the facts are that a group of six boys cannot go around putting another kid in hospital and expect to get away with it .
   Was the hospitalised kid even responsible for hanging the noose or was it just a random attack? It may have just been a schoolkid prank , but whatever it was , it doesnt justify attempted murder.
    You also seem to be attempting to justify the attacks by pointing me in the direction of another message board , but this is irrelevant to the case of whether these attackers should be jailed or not . How can people writing on a message board after the event , justify the event happening in the first place?
       If there are racial problems there, these problems should be addressed , the facts are that six  boys attempted to murder one boy and they are trying to play the victim in order to get off with out being charged .
      The kids who hung the noose in the tree may deserve a reprimand , but the lack of reprimand doesn't justify attempted murder.
