That's quite coincidental, I watched (hours) of Michael Tsarion last
night, he quoted that verbatim...I agree, it's a fundamental concept.

Was a bit surprised at his anti-exercise, anti-yoga angle...well I should
qualify...he's not into structured 'unnatural' exercise (I don't think he
looks like he knows much about any form of exercise to be honest), and he
said that standard yoga is just painful and frustrating, only Hatha yoga
is any good because it's just asanas...I don't think he really knows what
he is on about...

Was reading another daft anti-yoga blurb yesterday at work, Christians at
it again, saying that while stretching is known to be good (agreed), yoga
is bad because it involves prostrating yourself to hindu gods...

There's a guy at work, really nice bloke, but he starts going about that
stuff when given the chance. I find it a shame really. My mega devout
catholic grandmother used to do yoga and loved it...
