Yeah, she spotted it in my record collection (ahhh...records. Remember those?) and gasped. We'd been dating at the time. But she was shocked to the point of literal speechlessness (for those who don't know, the cover image is a painting by HR Giger of Satan using the crucifix as a slingshot). I basically said that if the very thing that caused me SO much amusement caused her SO much horror, than clearly we weren't meant to be together. And that was that. And BOY OH BOY was that the right decision.
