Yep, it's a great album.  Electric Alice is the real standout for me - so unlike anything he's done before - really love that track.

in case there are any Nick Cave other than me and Steve H - got the 
Grinderman CD yesterday and it is sensational.  Love it to bits already and 
for me up there with ANYTHING he has done before.  Gonna be hard to hear a
