The benefit has now become 2 gigs, one at the pub in Uxbridge plus a further
larger show at the Islington Academy :

Update on Paul Fox Benefit Day, 07/07/07

Due to the huge amount of interest shown by both musicians and people
wanting tickets for the Paul Fox Benefit Day, the event has now grown too
big to be held at the pub.

The event will now be moved to either the Shepherds Bush Empire or The
Carling Academy. There are some very big names who will be appearing. Due to
the size of this event, I have passed on the running to Sarah Pink. Full
details will be published in the very near future.

We will still be holding a benefit night at the Crown and Treaty on July
7th, 2007. The line-up will be Foxy's Ruts, The Riffs, Max Splodge (2 Pints
of Lager and a Packet of Crisps Please) and The Bobs.

Tickets will be on sale Monday, June 11th, 2007 at £10 per ticket. You can
purchase your tickets through the pub.

Thank you for all the offers of help and support and a big thanks to Billy
for all of her hard work!

Paul is yet to start his treatment and although he is in constant pain he is
still his usual happy go lucky self.

Thanks, Dave

******************************************************************************************************************

The benefit gig for Paul fox of the Ruts will take place on MONDAY 16TH JULY
@ THE CARLING ACADEMY ISLINGTON with confirmed guest appearances from

THE RUTS
For the first time in many years Paul fox will be joined on stage by
original Ruts members Segs and Dave ruffy. This will be a truly historic
event and one not to be missed.

TOM ROBINSON

JOHN OTWAY

THE UK SUBS

SPLODGENESSABOUNDS with guest guitar by WURZEL (motorhead)

THE PEAFISH HOUSE BAND of LEE HARRIS, ROWLAND RIVRON + TONY BARBER
(Buzzcocks)

PLUS MANY, MANY MORE VERY SPECIAL GUESTS.

Tickets go on sale soon via ticket web and will cost £10.00 a very small
price for a bit of musical history and the chance to help both Paul and his
family and Cancer Research.

******************************************************************************************************************

I've managed to get a pass out for Monday 16th July 2007 so I'd expect to
see some of you folks there ... Regards, Antoni
