[kj] OT: green vinyl for mr. sheppard

Yes, I know Greenpeace can't outlaw anything. As you say they can try 
influence governments, which is what the Stockholm convention is about.
Please could you come back out of the shadows and tell us what the dioxin 
alternative is?
