is that the Southern Lord or Inoxia version - I have the SL version but keep checking the Inoxia site and looking longingly at their version - I know the moment I decide to buy it they will have sold out

Just bought the Sunn/Boris triple LP/super luxurious
gatefold LP, Altar. It's a bit gorgeous...

Surprised they didn't use the old standby - 8 Track Tape!

There is a good deal of audiophile vinyl that's being created
these days. Some great Prestige-era Miles Davis as two 180-gram
45 RPM sets that sound just incredible. I know Matador is rereleasing
some of their catalog as 180-gram vinyl. Stereolab goes out of their
way to put special things on vinyl (longer versions of songs compared
to CD, extra B-sides not on CD, etc) which is fun. I have a good deal
of vinyl at work. It gives me a chance to give my hands a break every
20 or so minutes to flip the record.

And the most recent vinyl I got (and a definite guilty pleasure) is the
Bee Gees "The Studio Albums 1967-1968" 6 LP box set from Rhino. The first
three UK LP's each with an extra disc of B sides. Psychedelic pop guilt...

and before that "Ali and His Gang Vs. Mr. Tooth Decay"...beautiful.

If you want to look at the most absurdly expensive turntables, take a
look at:

Change "Sort By" to "Highest Price"...

especially:

Screw having a car! Just buy that instead! Screw sending my child to
college! I shit twenties like a cash machine!
