Their customer relations stinks.  I've ordered over 65 pounds worth of gear
from them and they keep telling me my credit card is rejected.  And I keep
telling them to email me an order form and I will fax it back with my credit
card details as I deal online with Ebay and Amazon all the time and have no
problem at all.  But they ignore me and obviously don't want my business.
Their email login field is also too small and doesn't allow my address to be
input - but they don't care about that.  

Can we get all the new boot leg releases from somewhere else?  Oh, please,
why doesn't Mr Coles have the contract for these releases?  Every time I've
ordered from him he has been super quick, most cordial, and even throws in a
coupla freebies.

yeah.... I think something went wrong... guess I'll place the order again...

but, anyway, I wonder why they don't even respond to my emails..
