[kj] Plastichead Question

I placed a big order from plastichead and got no feedback... is this normal?
I did not receive any email confirming anything or even a simple page
telling me that my order is being processed... it's just as if nothing
happened...

and I keep writing them only to receive no reply at all...

is this the way they conduct business? if so, shame on them...


hope my credit card # isn't just floating around right now as we speak...
