I don't know if "Hated" recently became available on DVD, or if my local 
vid store just got it in in that format -- but "Hated" is indeed on DVD 
now. I saw it on VHS awhile back.

The idea of watching the scene where the woman pisses in GG's mouth, he 
vomits up some hot dogs he'd been eating, and then he keeps drinking her 
urine anyway -- well, that should be fun to watch in the full clarity of 
the DVD format!
