[kj] Rollins gets it, Q doesnt & the Cult in NYC

Nirvana never wanted to be KJ, Led Zep perhaps!
Kurt was exposed to KJ via Dave & Courtney (hard to believe but true)
and obviously he liked it as he stole more than one riff
