Hi all

i'm new to this list, so i'd like to say hi to everyone.

So is it confirmed that Killing Joke are playing Beautiful Days?
As I keep checking there website and nothing is mentioned. I was gutted
to learn that my favorite all time band are playing so near me, and that
tickets are sold out.

Somehow I intend to get in, any tickets for the day going i'm interested.

Shaun

HI Brian,

I'm looking for a ticket too! Seeing as I only live about 20 mins away.
Shame that by the time they announced which day KJ were playing, Saturdays
tickets were all gone.
Maybe I'll see you there if we both get lucky.

Bobtoo

For those going to Beautiful Days KJ are last on the main stage on
Saturday with Julian Cope on at the same time on Saturday on the Big Top
stage.

Anybody know of any spare tickets I will be extremely grateful before I
pay ebay prices.

  Brian.

I'd consider seeing him if he was going to play 'World, Shut Your Mouth'. ;)

vanessa luff <v.luff at ntlworld.com> wrote: I've been to see him on every
tour he's done since the mid 80's - most
recently this year. He is one of the most outstanding front men I have EVER

he loathes him)

Dark Orgasm is a return to a more rock and roll sound - I've just looked on
the site and unfortunately his last two albums are the only ones that
haven't got any audio clips.

What 'celebrated work' would you like to hear and I'll tell you if he's
played it recently.

I realise I'm setting myself up for an Assault on Precinct 13-style siege by
saying this, but I reckon Germany will go ahead and take the Cup now.
Lehmann should be given a medal for saving those two penalties.

 Greetings All,

I just picked up the recently released "Out of Cold
Storage" the "This Heat" box set and it's excellent!
A bit pricey IMHO but mostly worth to money.

It contains all the long out of print studio releases
(including Peel Sessions) and a newly released live
disc from '80/'81 as well.

Here's what brainwashed had to say about it.

A L P

"The scene was wild and somewhat sinister. The
darkness, the palms, the mountainous background, the
silent lake below, the impenetrable canopy of space,
studded with secretive and significant stars, formed a
stupendous setting for the savage noise and blaze of
the ceremony."
