ok,
that depends on what training they have been given.

I recall us patrolling the perimeter fence - looking for weak spots - during
the peace camp days in the 80's. We came across some Glaswegian's sholveling
Asbestos. We tried to warn them but they gave us abuse and we wanted to get
upwind asap
