No Problem Pssyche, saved me some troubles too! Looks like this 
"Transmission" Joy Division tribute band tho could get involved with legal 
wranglings with "Transmission" now should they decide to with the confusion.

BTW if anyone hasnt checked out the Transmission album, in my opinion it is 
an excellent instrumental album, definitely worth checking out, particularly 
if you like Joy Division/The Cure and a lot of other darkwave or shoegaze 
bands.....
