If the honorable American President George Bush authorised  the information 
to be given to the media , then it cannot be a leak. Surly "leaks" are 
unauthorised.To be labeled a leak it MUST come from an unauthorized source, 
rather than a legitimate one.
   If it's authorised, then it cannot be a leak, just a passing of 
information.
