that is called an update and that is what the very definition of a

you just said you update the site thats why. There is no ones contact
information, is there. You just expected joe to take all the emails
when the band and management failed. was or is he in management? since
you are in charge of updating the site at least a technical contat
should be there. who do we contact about our gems that still have not
shown up? you gladly took the money, and I say you because you just
admitted to updating the site, and you had to of updated the link to
send my money for this still nonexistent set. now refund it, and some
people would be right in saying return it with the interest it gained
in your bank over this extended time, or send the product.
