Who are you? Marcs earlier response was sent under Phillipps Marc
<Marc.Phillipps at enfield.nhs.uk>. If you change email address mid-
discussion, you better tell that beforehand. I can not trust you are
"Phillipps Marc" that posted the suggestion.

>If you had checked out my recommendation before going off the deep end
>we could've avoided a lot of crap (I don't normally post suggestions if
>I don't think they fulfill what is asked for) . . . :)
What if I checked it out?

Anyway, this was Phillip Marcs suggestion:

>
>Please support the Russian Mafia :o)"

You, if it was you who posted it, think a link to a site, that sells
albums for a few bucks is a sincere suggestion? Even if it was not free
site, the few bucks, $1.57 for the complete Killing Joke (2003) album
<http://music.allofmp3.com/r2/Killing_Joke/Killing_Joke_(2003)/
group_13742/album_4/albref_14/mcatalog.shtml> in 192 kbps Mp3 encoding,
clearly won't end up in the pockets of KJ. Extremely unlikely. Obviously,
if that was OK with me I could download the album myself via Soulseek or
whatever P2P protocol. And why would I want to support the russian mafia?

Thus, whoever Marc that made this suggestion actually was insincere and
did actually compare my request for online vendors that carry Killing
Jokes new releases in a downloadable format with copyright infringement
activities. This is not so!!! They are not comparable! I want KJ to be
paid, but I don't want the plastic nor the cover!

The best price including shipping that I've found for the CD is about
$22.65. I was more hoping for $10-12 or so for a downloadable, legal
alternatives.

I don't need further assistance on finding alternatives, so drop this
now. Further responses should be offlist, please.
