[kj] kylie/boxer.

I was just remembering the discussions about Christopher Reeve. That was
when I first joined the Gathering. Mik Raven had just left.

The thing with celebrities is that they can get the absolute best
treatment available. Some things are great levellers - like death, I
mean we will all die, but in the case of illness, you often get the
treatment you can pay for and that is very variable. The best treatment
can make all the difference to whether you live or not.

Of course money can't buy everything. But it bloody helps!

I do like it when celebrity combined with press coverage bring
an other/extra level of exposure and awareness to these n'
similar things, and that helps lots..assuming the celebrity is
ok w/the exposure, like Chris Reeves, Kylie, Michael, etc.

o.k., scratch Michael
from that list.

And Boosh has done a lot more damage than Kylie ever will.

Best of luck wif yer pooch. I've personally had three of mine
die - 2 from incurable tumors that spread and finally burst trhu
the skin. I miss them so much. Their last day still haunts me.
