Yes and as far as I know George and Tony never dressed up as Iraqis,The
enemy casualties were medically treated and fed,Even if they were not,The
responsibility would be with the persons directly involved.
   The important thing is:Does anyone Know the criteria for legally engaging
in war?When does engaging in war become legal or illegal?
   I would say that there would be a mass of rules and a mass of
loopholes,So until its been legally contested we should nt make assumptions.
