[kj] Undersung KJ songs

Frankly, both albums -- PANDEMONIUM and DEMOCRACY -- sound like the 
band were "phoning it in" at certain points. EXTREMITIES and KILLING 
JOKE 2003, by comparison catch the band when they're legitimately ANGRY 
and AWAKE!
