Cop Shoot cop (thank you Alex)
Girls against Boys
Viva Death (add barritone guitar also)
Pigface has done stints of it live whihc was probably more just to have the 
bodies on the stage
His Hero is Gone
Ned's Atomic Dustbin
Evil Mothers (but they were crap)

That is all I can think of at the moment.  In these examples (with the 
exception of Pigface and Evil Mothers) the bass players are playing two 
different parts.  You could consider one as a 4 string guitar.  That is why 
it usually works out better than two drummers.
