We are talking about *clothes* at the moment, not *culture*.
   And no, Western clothes are not prelevant(common) in the countries you
mentioned,these countries persons all wear their traditional clothing,
indeed to wear short trousers (for men) is illegal and you are liable to be
arrested.
   The Pakistan national football team even got arrested for wearing
too-short shorts in an international match between to two countries, they
were thrown into jail until they grew a beard that which was at least the
length of their fist .
