It does mean something..........But as a meaningful symbol it's redundant
because it means different things to different people.Indians see it as a
sign of peace(OK,reversed).Nazis see it as a symbol of Nazism,Romans also
saw it as something,Whilst Prince Harry sees it as a laugh and some people
saw it as a sign of rebellion.So as a way of communicating ,It has its
deficiencies.Which is what i was trying to say.
