  Of course Pol Pot was not a communist. But the educators and media love to say he was to make people (like the ones on this list who get all worked up) think communism is the worst thing possible.
  Yeah, he was a communist. 
  Pol Pot became interested in communism when he was studying in Paris.
  He joined the Indochinese communist party in 1946.
  In 1960 he founded the 'Workers Party of Kampuchea'
  In 1966, the very party he leads, changes it's name to the 'Kampuchean Communist Party' also known as the  'Khmer Rouge'. 
  How the hell can you say he wasn't a communist? Is it because it would shake your faith that all things communist are inherently good?
