Bizarrely, about 10-12 years ago he employed Cass Magda as a personal
trainer. Cass said in an interview that how would work out Ozzie in Jun
Fan kickboxing daily and also taught him Serak Silat, Kali etc. The
kickboxing was for his fitness but the other stuff was more for self
defence

Now I have no idea on his ability or how long he persevered, simply
stating that he trained with someone in a manner that would lead me to
believe that he isn't quite the bumbling idiot they sell the tv show on.
