Ah Green Day.
Anyone heard of Blyth Power, a band around in the early 80's that if I
recall assembled from some members of the Mob? I just found this link:
http://www.blythpower.co.uk/

You listen to their first track on Nimrod 'Nice Guys finish last' and
its Blyth Power.

Yeah. Nice lads. Made massive improvement since the first time I heard
them. Sort of a green Day / Ska punk thing. Not terribly original but
good all the same. Really great drummer. Very animated.

if you can, see them.

Oh, major bummer - Ictus played at the recent "Headcount" Aylesbury gig
and
I was THAT close to taking a few snaps as they were very enjoyable
indeed.
Doh.
