surely there's nothing wrong with a _good_ comedy band (as opposed to the 
crap ones you mentioned) as an antidote to the endless egomaniacal posturing 
of the beautiful people that dominates the charts (and just as "mystifyingly 
popular"). a bit of catchy glam rock with a twist - what's wrong with that? 
musically devoid of any merit whatsoever i concede but as those chubby 
oirishmen WESTLIFE would say - hey whatever. does music always have to take 
itself seriously? maybe they do take themselves seriously, i don't know, 
i've only heard that one song but i thought it was entertaining enough. 
whenever i see THE CHEEKY GIRLS, on the other hand, i can't help thinking 
there's a porno movie somewhere missing half its cast. SUGARBABES - an 
unfortunate misnoma.
