[kj] ED&VRE atkins veto

Like I say, he couldn't stop them playing any of the songs unless he took
out some kind of injunction. Anyone can play any song they like as long as
the venue has paid up its PRS licence. Fees get passed on to the publisher
who pays the writer under the terms of their deal.
