(assumed for the last message that the “shagged” part was ‘consensual’ 
and was looking at it from the hypothetical consent-age of 15.)

Yeah, I read that paragraph again, and even I saw differently 
what I wrote.  My (Big) Bad.  This is why they never let me near 
the final drafts(or spell-check) of the team-papers we prepare 
on our work here at “the asylum”. 

I MEANT to say…
"draw the gun(yay!)"[for it completely]-- to hurt THE GUY;  
"kick her ass"[against it] -- because some folx do that when a 
girl has sex. 

And isn’t it nice when the girl’s family tie up all sorts of 
“you’re the family virtue…it’s been tarnished” bullshit to women 
in general.  Didn’t mean to offend parents.  Just a little burnt 
out on all the shit I heard growing up and doing ‘background checks’ 
on neighborhood guys trying to date my sister and cousins.  

But yes, parents aside, there were and still are times and places 
where people STILL don’t see it as rape, because their laws state 
after a certain age it isn’t legally rape.  In some parts, even 
parents will sometimes pimp their kids and worse, sell ‘em to 
you for the week at a set rate. Think of men going to places 
like Thailand, Mexico (ex.:Tijuana, D.F.),Brazil, India, Sudan, 
etc. so they can say they’ve ”done nothing wrong, it’s legal, 
it’s OK, it’s all good.”  

Instead of Congress/Bush insisting that foreign aid be sent to 
3rd-world nations only under strict conditions that abortion 
and/or birth control be first discontinued to women, they instead 
SHOULD insist on verifiable, eyewitness-“boots on the ground” proof 
that child prostitution and slavery has been stopped -- and not one 
US penny before. I think the #s are up around the dozens-of-millions 
mark for child(sex) slavery worldwide. I remember a while back,
on a secret mission to the Sudan, Perry Farrell 
was buying slaves so he could later set them free to their 
families.  Let's see Bono do that.
