Wasn't The Fanatic one of the tracks that was supposed to have been =
recorded by Steve Albini? I have no idea what that would have sounded =
like but there's a recording in the EMI archives that doesn't sound like =
it was recorded by Albini.

There's another track from the same sessions named Solitude but it's =
COMPLETELY different from the Solitude we all know and love.

Despite my best efforts there's no sign (yet) of studio recordings of =
Take Take Take, The Hive, New Culture or All Play Rebel but there is =
Blue Feather.

Hopefully these will see the (official) light of day next year.

4 Was the KJ song "The Fanatic" ever studio recorded? Or was it dropped =
all together? Or did ethier of these songs end up becoming something =
else?
  Both songs were probably recorded, why they never appeared anywhere is =
anyone's guess . . they probably didn't fit on the respective albums=20
