Have you ever been frustrated at the state of crisis California has fallen
into --
from best to worst in many fields, including education?  Or working in
business,
have you wondered who makes the rules about net neutrality and broadband
policy,
immigration and education policies to produce the scientists, teachers and
engineers for the future?  Wondered what the truth is behind our state
budget
and our growing deficits, high speed rail, global warming bills?

Yoriko Kishimoto is a first generation American, who was born in Japan,
earned her Stanford MBA and wrote an internationally published book on
America's
future. Yoriko got frustrated enough to start asking questions ...
and eventually ran for public office, becoming the successful Mayor of Palo
Alto.
She made a big difference in her city, now she wants to tackle the huge
issues
of California.

Yoriko is running for State Assembly to represent you and me. She wants to
restore
worldclass education to California, make California the global engine for
green
jobs, and fix the dysfunctional process in Sacramento.  She is independent,
smart
and a great coalition-builder.  But she can't win her grassroots campaign
without
your help.

Most of you have never been involved in political campaigns.  It's time to
start!!
You have no right to complain about what's wrong with California unless you
pitch in.
Please join her at the volunteer open house this Sunday at 10 at her home in
Palo Alto
-- we can put anyone to work.  It'll be a lot of fun. See you on Sunday!

Calling All Volunteers!

This weekend Team Yoriko will be hitting the streets of the 21st Assembly
District
and wed love it if you could join us. We have built a solid grassroots army
but
with absentee ballots for the June election going out in just 5 short weeks
we
need all the help we can get to make sure my message of common sense reaches

every eligible voter.

When: Sunday, April 11 from 10:00 - 11:00 am

Now that the weather is nice and the campaign is in full swing, were kicking
our
field efforts into high gear. We will be canvassing and phone banking every
day

the campaign.

Field Hours of operation:
Monday Friday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday Sunday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

If you cant make it out, you can always contribute, host a coffee, display a
yard
sign or join our social media team. There are plenty of ways you can help so
