  User Interaction Lead / Assistant to Management at Lunascape, Inc.

  Company Description
  Lunascape develops and markets next generation web browser. It is the
  world’s first and only triple engine browser that combines the best of
  three popular rendering engines, Trident (behind IE), Gecko (behind
  Firefox), and Webkit (behind Chrome and Safari) into one. Founded in 2004
  in Tokyo, it had been marketed primarily to the Japanese market and it is
  still a privately held company. Lunascape, Inc. is its 100% US
  subsidiary, and was set up to seriously deploy its products to the
  outside of Japan. We are currently located in San Jose, but plan to move
  to around or north of Palo Alto.

  Job Description
  As we grow our business globally, we are looking for a versatile, gutsy,
  and detail-oriented bilingual (Japanese and English) person who wishes to
  gain wide range of experience in a tech startup environment. Main
  responsibility being interaction with users, this person will be heavily
  involved in marketing execution as well as business operation. The ideal
  candidate should be able to enjoy wearing many hats and handling from
  mundane administrative tasks to unfamiliar challenging tasks.

  Responsibilities include;
  - Provide technical support to users
  - Assist in evangelizing Lunascape browser mainly by participating in
  online conversations
  - Assist in developing and nurturing community of users and third party
  developers
  - Assist in executing marketing strategies
  - Coordinate process and tasks with counterpart in Japan HQ
  - Translation /  Interpretation
  - Assist day-to-day business operation

  Skills/Experience:
  - At least 3-5 years of work experience is required
  - Experience in user facing role is strongly preferred
  - Experience in web browser / client software /system integration
  industry is preferred
  - Experience in marketing function is a plus
  - Good understanding of web technologies and recent trends in marketing ,
  including social media is strongly preferred (Please provide links to
  your blog, twitter etc. that demonstrates your aptitude)
  - Detail oriented and team player
  - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
  - Ability to be highly productive with minimal supervision
  - Excellent communication skills ? able to speak and write clearly,
  concisely, and compellingly
  - Ability to read / speak / write Japanese is required. Additional
  language ability is a plus.
  - Undergraduate degree is required
  - MBA or experience in consulting firm is a plus

  Additional Information
  Local candidates only, no relocation
  Eligibility to work in the US , no new visa support
  This roll can be part time
