VaST Systems is currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to work at our
Sunnyvale, CA Headquarters.  We are looking for a qualified individual that
speaks Japanese with experience in sales support/operations functions.  This
position will include the following responsibilities:

Order Management
	Coordinate with worldwide sales directors and distributors
	Manage license key and maintenance database
	Record and reconcile commission expense and accrual accounts
	Generate new and renewal maintenance sales quotations
	Maintain software license and maintenance agreements
	Manage order acceptance and booking
	Work closely with marketing in regards to pricing/pricebooks
	Order entry into ERP System (Epicore)
	Maintain deferred revenue schedules
	Invoicing
	Credit/Collection
	Resolve sales tax issues    

Reporting
	Maintain weekly booking and revenue analyses
	Maintain weekly AR Aging report
	Maintain weekly renewal maintenance report
	Participate in annual audit and tax return preparation

*This position reports to the Corporate Controller

We are looking for a motivated individual with a BS in Accounting or Finance
and knowledge of software revenue recognition (SOP 97-2 & 98-9)
