Saladもやしが販売されているんです。　

5−6年前、サクラメント郊外に、もやしの栽培＆販売をカリフォルニアで行うべ
く、単身で乗り込んできた中田氏。すでに競合がわんさかと存在するローマージ
ンビジネスの、もやし。なんと現在までにマーケットのメージャーシェアを獲得
するまでにいたらしめたのです。　この度は中田氏にいらしていただき、この米
国もやし戦略を皆様にお聞かせいたします。　きっと、米国ビジネス展開でお悩

2. The Bi-Annual NUSEA & IPA Seminar and Mixer

Event Outline:

- A joint event of NUSEA (NUS Entrepreneurs Association) with 
 IPA (Indonesian Professionals Association)

- Targeting 300 attendees comprising CXOs from over 30 startup companies, 
  NUSEA's and IPA's board of advisors (a few being Tom Kosnik, 
  John Nesheim and Peter Purushotma), NUSEA's and IPA's network of mentors, 
  IPA members who are working professionals,  NUSEA members who are young 
  entrepreneurs, and so on. 

- Program: There will be one Keynote Speaker Session and one Panel Discussion 
  on technology and entrepreneurship. The topics and speakers are:

What is NUSEA? 
NUSEA ( National University of Singapore Entrepreneurs Association) is 
a non-profit organization comprising individuals who aspire to be the 
entrepreneurs of tomorrow. NUSEA's goal is to be the platform to foster 
entrepreneurial synergies and to build a global network of entrepreneurs, 
altruists and leaders. NUSEA aims to achieve this through seminars by 
entrepreneurs, workshops, mixers and strategic partnerships that provide 
an avenue for mentoring, networking, learning and relationship building 
among entrepreneurs, VC's, aspiring entrepreneurs and business professionals. 
NUSEA also works closely with NUS Enterprise to facilitate venture creation 
and promote entrepreneurship.

Purpose of NUSEA: 
1.	To develop the spirit of entrepreneurship through its activities.
2.	To build a global network of entrepreneurs and leaders.
3.	To inspire members to be entrepreneurs. 

The core members are participants of NUS College at Silicon Valley (NCSV), 
who are selected by Singapore government to participate in an entrepreneurship 
program in Stanford while working in high tech startup companies in Silicon Valley. 
 
What is IPA?
Indonesian Professionals Association (IPA) is a California based non-profit 
professional organization which was incorporated in February of 1991 with 
a mission to pull together resources to promote development and growth of 
personal and professional potentials among its members. 

Purpose of IPA:
1.	Promote stronger ties and closer cooperation between Indonesian Professional 
   community and the business community. 
2.	Foster cooperation among members and Indonesian Professionals in general. 
3.	Promote individual members' professionalism, career opportunities and growth. 
4.	Promote exchange of ideas, knowledge, and social/cultural news among members. 
5.	Foster stronger business links between Indonesia and the United States. 

Its membership comprises primarily of Indonesians from Silicon Valley-Bay area 
who are interested in developing their business acumen, leadership/networking skills, 
and entrepreneurial talent. Its members work for multinationals, finance/banking 
institutions, startups, high-tech manufacturing, information technology vendors, 
logistics/transportation providers and engineering firms.
