[Scons-users] Manpages are not installed in 4.8.0

Weakly protesting:  "nothing *should* have changed about the built 
manpages". We'll take a look. Which tarball are you using - the sdist 
one, or the "full source" one, or the github release one? (wish this 
stuff was simpler, sigh...).  Pretty sure no built aritfacts like 
manpages go into the github one, but that's not a change from before, so 
probably not the reason for your problem.
