[Scons-users] SCons 3.0.4 Bug - VSWhere.exe Hard-Coded Path (32-Bit Platforms)

3.0.5a5 works for me (no regressions using VS 2017 x64).
(Not sure if it's real, but it felt like the build was faster than with
3.0.4...)
