[Scons-users] centos 6.7 vs centos 7 : Strange behavior regarding a scons error

Hello,

We are currently updating our OS from centos 6.7 to centos 7.  I realized
something strange.  Under centos 7, we had a bunch of "scons: *** Two
environments with different actions were specified for the same target"
errors.   Those errors was easy to fix, but I don't understand why we did
not get them under centos 6.7.  On both architecture, we use scons 3.0.1
with python 3.5.4.
