[Scons-users] Longer cache prefixes for scons-configure-cache?

Andrew,
Initially it was only 1 and this lead to directories with a high number of
files/directories.
Especially on windows (but this affects other OS's to some degree), this
cause filesystem slow downs.
So in theory a higher number would have some advantages, though no one has
taken the time to quantify anything other than 2 was significantly better
than 1.
