[Scons-users] Hello

Please feel free.
Though if you can wait a couple days we'll have shifted from mercurial to
git and bitbucket.org to github.

Of course you can start now, but I'm not going to merge any more pull
requests on bitbucket unless they are needed by the 3.0 release.  In that
case you can try the code, but likely will need to make the changes again
in a git cloned repo. (or use some fancy hg/git push command)

So we're pausing new contributions for a few days.
